Try the quick fixes first
Most issues are channel permissions, missing setup, or a quiet chat. If the checklist does not help, join the support server and send the details.
Smeshnyavka is not answering. What should I check?
Check that the bot is online, sees the channel, and has permission to read and send messages. If you just added it, write a few normal messages first.
Why does the bot write in the wrong channel?
Use /set_channel and select the place where replies are allowed. Several channels are available in Premium.
Can I clear the server memory?
Yes. An admin can run /clear_db, and the bot will forget what it learned on that server.
Who can change settings?
Usually server admins. If a command fails, check both user permissions and bot permissions.
