Rules for users and server administrators who use the Smeshnyavka Discord bot.

Smeshnyavka is an entertainment Discord bot. It can answer in chats and remember server context, but it does not replace moderation, legal decisions, or human judgment.

By adding the bot, using commands, opening web chat, or using Premium, you agree to these terms and to Discord platform rules.

Accepting the terms

If these terms do not fit your server, do not use the bot or remove it from your server.

Server admins are responsible for where the bot is installed, what permissions it has, and which channels it can read.

Allowed use

You may use Smeshnyavka for entertainment, server chat replies, command testing, channel setup, and Premium features.

The bot is expected to be used inside normal Discord communities with normal community boundaries.

What is not allowed

Do not use the bot for spam, harassment, phishing, malware, illegal content, bypassing Discord rules, or attempts to access data you should not access.

Premium and support

Premium is enabled for a specific server and can change as the bot develops. If a feature is temporarily unavailable, we will try to say that plainly.

Support is handled through the support server, where context is easier to share.

Availability and liability

The bot is provided as is. It can be temporarily unavailable because of updates, hosting problems, Discord API limits, or technical errors.

Admins should not treat bot replies as the only source of moderation or important decisions.
